Grill, Pan-Fry or Bake.
To pan fry heat a tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. A simple way to elevate pork chops is to serve them with a delicious sauce like parsley sauce or garlic and herb.

Pork Chops are a versatile cut of meat that can be prepared in a variety of ways. Serve with roasted brussels, mashed potatoes and parsley sauce. Herbs that pair well with pork chops include rosemary, thyme, sage and parsley.

Located along the center of the back, the Loin is the largest primal on the pig and the source of many of most popular cuts at the butcher counter. It is both the leanest and most tender section making it ideal for chops and steaks.
