Tim opened his first location in Killarney in 1991, and quickly earned a name as a modern butcher with traditional values, providing friendly service, and the highest quality meat throughout Kerry. This high regard allowed Tim to open a second location in Killarney, and to branch out into the catering sector in Kerry, gaining a reputation for quality and reliability within the industry.
Working closely with chefs in the hospitality industry has allowed Tim to continue learning over the past 30 years, and while trends in food have come and gone, the reputation of providing the highest quality meats available lives on.
Tim says, "We source all of our meat, poultry & game from farms within Ireland, putting care and attention into everything we do, from hand making our own sausages, to providing top quality service and friendly advice to our customers. We have built close relationships with our local farmers, who share the same passion for providing excellent produce ensuring our meat is the very best from farm to table."
