Delivery Information

You will receive an instant confirmation email to say that we have received your received our order. When your order has been prepared and sent you will receive an email with a parcel tracking number. This tracking number can be used to check on the progress of your delivery.

If your order is place before 12:00pm it will be dispatched the same day with DPD Couriers.

After you have received your order we may send you a follow-up email looking for your feedback.

There are no minimum or maximum orders, buy as little or as much as you'd like. There's free delivery on orders over €100.

You get free delivery with every order over €100. For smaller orders the delivery charge is €12.50. 

Your purchase will arrive as fresh as when it left our store. We use high-quality, eco-friendly insulated packaging, specially designed for the transportation of temperature-sensitive goods. Our boxes and packaging can be fully recycled.

If we receive your order before 12:00pm (Monday to Thursday), we will dispatch your order the same day with DPD couriers. Orders placed after 12:00pm or on Fridays will be dispatched the following working day. We do not dispatch orders on Fridays to ensure your order is not sitting over the weekend.

Delivery typically takes 1 to 2 days from dispatch. We will provide you with a tracking number upon dispatch. 

Yes, you can choose to pickup your order from our shop on Park Road, Killarney during the checkout if you wish.

We deliver throughout the island of Ireland using DPD. 

If you missed your delivery, DPD will attempt to redeliver your package the next working day.
