Our super succulent and tasty Salt & Chilli Pork Belly Ribs are perfect for any occassion, super succulent and terrifically tasty.

All of our pork is sourced from Bord Bia approved local Irish farms.

A dish with bold, rich, and spicy flavours. The combination of the succulent pork belly with the salty and spicy seasoning creates a delicious and indulgent dish that is sure to please those who enjoy bold and flavorful food.

Preheat the oven to 190°C and place the pork belly on a roasting pan and roast in the oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the skin is crispy and the meat is cooked through. Let the pork belly rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Serve the pork belly over a bed of noodles, such as udon or soba noodles, and top with chopped scallions and a drizzle of sesame oil.
