Flavour Profile
The meat is mild, yet rich and slightly gamey, with a delicate texture. Lamb loin is also characterised by its slight sweetness and nutty undertones, making it an excellent pairing for aromatic spices and herbs.
Cooking Methods
Preheat your oven to 220°C then roast the lamb loin for 15-20 minutes for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Serving Suggestions
Rub the lamb loin with a blend of oregano, lemon zest, and garlic. Grill or roast the lamb loin, then serve with a side of Greek salad and tzatziki sauce.
