The corn-fed diet of this quality chicken gives it a golden tint and deep, natural flavour. With the supreme you get the chicken fillet with the skin on with a small piece of wing, great for a range of meals.

All of our chicken is sourced from Bord Bia approved local Irish farms.

Chicken supreme is a versatile cut of chicken that has a mild and slightly sweet flavour that is not overpowering, which makes it a versatile ingredient that can be used in a variety of recipes, from simple grilled or roasted chicken dishes to more complex recipes that call for a variety of ingredients and flavors.

Roast, pan fry, grill or poach. Preheat the oven to 190°C and place the chicken supreme on a baking sheet or in a roasting pan and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 74°C. No mater how you cook, it's important to monitor the internal temperature of the chicken supreme with a meat thermometer to ensure it is cooked to a safe temperature and is no longer pink or raw in the middle.
