The Rind on Pork Belly packs huge flavour and is ideal for slow roasting.

All of our pork is sourced from Bord Bia approved local Irish farms.

Pork Belly has a succulent, full flavour and crackling that is simply amazing.

Roast for 40 to 50 minutes, or until small bubbles form on surface and rind is golden and crisp. Cool for 5 minutes, then slice.

Roast the perfect pork belly with melt-in-the-mouth meat and crunchy crackling, then serve with a herb sauce.
