Annascaul Black Pudding
Annascaul Black Pudding is renowned for its smoothness of texture, rich flavour and high nutritional values. First made in 1916, the original recipe has been handed down through three generations of the Ashe family.
It is a unique Irish black pudding, is high in iron, contains no artificial additives or preservatives and is low in fat. A 100g slice of this pudding is double the adult iron requirement. A traditional Kerry pudding, it is cake baked in a square block shape.
