Place the pork hock in a slow cooker with broth, vegetables, and seasonings. Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours, or until the pork is tender and falling off the bone.

Serve the pork hock with sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, and a dollop of mustard for a traditional German-style meal.
