Bake, Pan or deep fry - Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 74°C.

Serve with a variety of sides and accompaniments, from mashed potatoes, roasted veg to salad and gravy. Experiment with different combinations to find your favorite way to enjoy this classic dish.
